We’re Hiring – Support Coordinator
Are you passionate about empowering people with disability to live independently and achieve their goals?
We are looking for an experienced Support Coordinator to join our growing team.
You’ll work closely with participants, families, and stakeholders to deliver person-centred coordination and high-quality NDIS support.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in Psychosocial Recovery Coaching or Support Coordination
• Strong understanding of the NDIS framework and guidelines
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple caseloads and build trusted relationships
• Preferred degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Required Checks:
NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children Check, National Police Check, and NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
