The lovely Jamie from .hypnobirthing will be running this class.. think gentle movements, opening & extended meditation/ breathing techniques

💫Aligned Birth Workshop💫

Learn daily stretches you can do from the comfort of your own home

Why is movement important?

Our pelvis moves in different ways during pregnancy and labour

During labour baby has to navigate their way through the pelvis

Muscles and ligaments that support the pelvis must also have the capacity to soften so the pelvis and baby can do its thing

If these muscles and ligaments are tight, the pelvis is restricted

The pelvic floor also comes into play here.. if balanced it helps to guide baby through the birth canal.. if its not balanced it can force baby into the wrong position and baby can either get stuck and labour will stall or labour can become very uncomfortable

Alongside OMP techniques you will also learn daily yoga stretches to soften the body, create space and avoid intervention

This workshop is suitable for all trimesters
