AMC Physical Therapy, a clinic where holistic health meets fitness. Amy’s main focus is treating the body as a whole. Through hands on assessment, Amy identifies and targets sore muscles through, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, soft/ deep tissue massage and stretching and cupping techniques, whilst she finds weak muscles that need strengthening, to have the body moving as one again. Her special interests include, neck and shoulder pain with focus on rotator cuff issues, lower back pain, hip joint pain and dysfunction, sports injuries and injury prevention, as well as therapeutic relaxation massage and stretching therapy. Amy’s main goal for all her clients is to achieve optimum health, balance and to reconnect the mind with the body.
