Shout out to this amazing Dad who's our Athlete Of The Month. Darren has been diving into health and movement, and recently took part in annual Mt Kosciusko challenge. He prepared over 6 weeks prior with a small home gym setup and lots of incline walking on a treadmill, adding in the extra challenge of a weight vest and altitude mask.

He reached the summit (12 km) in 3hr 45min, which is an epic effort. We LOVE Mums and Dads doing good things.

This absolute legend has been playing Netball competitively for 13 years (2 seasons per year). Over the last 2 years, she has been playing 2 games per week for Brahma Netball Club at SADNA (Golden Grove) and ENA (Elizabeth). This upcoming season, she will be playing 3 games a week for Brahma Netball Club and Vulcans Netball Club.

Throughout the years, she has had a few struggles with knee and ankle injuries (as is common in Netball), but is in her own words, "constantly thriving to do better" and taking on the attitude "learning is never done, no matter how long you’ve been playing".

On top of all this workload, she is also studying LAW! Go Maddi!
