* What does it mean to consciously relate?
* How can this improve your relationship with self and your intimate relationships?
Conscious Relating is grounded in self responsibility.
It is about approaching the uncomfortable with self-acceptance, forgiveness, and an openness to discuss and share experiences.
Self responsibility and self actualisation is required to have fulfilling relations with others.
Meeting another on another level of vulnerability deepens connections and builds safety and security with self and between the individuals.
Meeting self- Creating stillness to listen to the subtitles of the body.
Creating safety, nurturing, and aligning your head and your heart.
Having Understanding and Compassion for oneself in the moment.
Taking responsibility for patterns and behaviours.
This playshop is a safe and sacred space to open to these parts of you through guided meditation, Breathwork and sharing circle.
With Bea we begin to open our personal truth and powerful shifts can take place in these spaces.
I will then guide you through paired activities, getting in touch with all your senses such as breath, sound and movement.
And I will share some of her Ta***ic wisdom to deeply and intimately help you connect with another.
This playshop is for singles or couples.
How you relate to your Inner world is reflected back in your Outer world.
We are all inter-connected.
