"I'm just so tired." But what kind of tired?
There's a meaningful difference between fatigue and brain fog — and if you're experiencing both, that's a signal worth paying attention to.
Fatigue is your body running on empty. No gas in the tank. Physical stamina gone.
Brain fog is your mind losing traction. Can't find the words, can't hold the thought, can't process what you just read.
When both show up together, it's often a sign that your system is overwhelmed — and the gut is one of the first places worth investigating.
Fix the terrain, and both tend to improve.
