Ok ok… you caught us. There’s no RhinoTrack™ upgrade taking place today 🦏📍
We hope it gave you a good April Fools chuckle though!

But in all seriousness, you don’t need a rhino courier when you’ve already got something faster, easier, and far less likely to tear up your front lawn.

Our NDSP Invoice Tracker is available online 24/7 and gives you real updates on any invoice submitted for payment. It’s simple to use and shows you the progress of your payment in seconds.

No joke 😜

Try it out today 👉 https://invoicetracker.ndsp.com.au/en-AU/

Fantastic news 📣 Our invoice tracker has received such great feedback that it's getting an upgrade. A big one.

Today we’re introducing RhinoTrack™ Field Service 🦏📍

Iti will now personally collect invoices from NDSP clients and providers, and deliver them to our payments team, with every step fully trackable in real time.

You’ll see helpful status updates like:
- “Departing provider”
- “Trotting towards NDSP headquarters”
- “Quick snack break (grass level: excellent)”
- “Arriving shortly - invoices may be slightly dusty”

And because she’s a rhino, she can carry as many invoices as you’ve got, there’s absolutely no weight limit. A whole month’s worth? A stack as tall as she is? Easy 👌

Track every step of the journey in real time… if you can keep up.

So, are you ready to have your invoices delivered at stampede speed?

🎳 You know that feeling when people rush to “protect” you from something you didn’t actually need protecting from?

This dance piece absolutely nails that.

Guttered takes place in a bowling alley (yep, a real one) and plays with the idea of gutter guards and how often people with disability have their risks (and their fun) taken away for them. It’s such a clever, playful way to show why dignity of risk actually matters.

Challenging assumptions about what disabled people can and can't do is at the centre of this performance at the Joondalup Festival.

Hands up if you want to help shape the future of the NDIS 🙌

The NDIS is inviting people with lived experience to join Participant First, a group that shares insights through interviews, surveys and co‑design sessions (and yes, some of these opportunities are paid).

It’s an easy, meaningful way to get involved and make sure future NDIS changes are shaped by the people who actually use it.

The Great Dunny Hunt is officially on! 🚽

Got a secret loo in your neighbourhood? Add it to the National Public Toilet Map and you could win big, thanks to Continence Health Australia.

The National Public Toilet Map is a free website and App that lists almost 25,000 public toilets across the country, but there's plenty more still hiding out there. The map is super handy for everyone, but especially the 1 in 4 Aussies living with incontinence.

Head to the website, add your favourite find, and happy dunny hunting! 👇

Welcome to the 2026 Great Dunny Hunt! Update the details of your local public toilet for your chance to win a AUD 1,000 Discovery Holiday Parks voucher.

Today is World Down Syndrome Day, a moment to celebrate people with Down syndrome from around the world, and all of their achievements 🌟

This year’s theme, Together Against Loneliness, is a call to stay connected and make sure everyone gets to feel part of their community. A small hello, an invite, or a shared moment all adds up to help make life a little brighter.

Here’s to stronger connections and a world where everyone belongs 💜 Happy WDSD!

🚲 “I’ve been zooming up and down my town’s bike path for months… this new independence is exhilarating!”

Honestly, how good is that? With the help of his NDIS funding, Angus Thompson got a recumbent push bike he can ride on his own, and this month he’s taking that love of riding and turning it into fundraising for the Cerebral Palsy Alliance 🙌

We love seeing moments of independence grow into something that lifts up the whole community.

Read the story (and maybe help Angus reach his goal) below 👇
