Welcome to a happier you

I have been a personal trainer since 2013, and enjoyed meeting new people and helping them achieve their goals. Although I enjoyed working with people on their fitness, I didn't feel that it was reflecting me as a person. It wasn’t looking at the wider range of factors in our life that effect our health and happiness, for our minds and our body’s.

I soon found Wellness Coaching and studied Level 1 and 2 within a couple of weeks. I loved everything it was about! I loved that it was looking at the person as a whole, helping them to think about how they could make changes for a healthier, happier life, and then helping them to set goals to achieve their vision. I love helping people to help themselves.

I have so many ideas on how I can expand my services to help people from all areas of life to increase their wellness. I look forward to a future filled with connecting with people and supporting them to achieve their ultimate wellbeing.
