Due to the escalating number of Covid-19 cases in Adelaide, we are not doing face to face consultations with doctors until further notice. All appointments will be done via tele-health.

This is to keep both the staff and our patients safe.

The doctor will available for consult via Telehealth from 7am to 1pm from the 27th to 31st of December and on the 2nd of January. Our reception will be closed from 25th until the 28th and we will be working from 7am till 1pm from 29th of December until the 3rd of January excluding public holidays.

Please book your appointments online through the HotDoc app or through our website.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused and ask for your understanding in this matter.

Due to unforseen circumstances we need to alter some opening and closing times for this week:-
Tuesday 15th - 7.45 - 3.00pm - Physio appointments will still be available as booked - but we will not have a doctor after 3.00pm.

Thursday 17th - 10.30 am - 9.00pm
Friday 18th - 9.45 am - 9.00pm
Saturday 19th -8.30am - 8.00pm

ATTENTION ALL PATIENTS:

Patients requiring prescriptions for any form of pain relief will no longer be given these without an appointment. This includes medications such as Va**um and Diazepam.
Please ensure you book your appointment before your prescriptions expire.

WALK - IN CLINICS
As the name suggests this is for patients that need to see a doctor but there are no appointments available.
The first available doctor will see you as soon as they can (unless it is an emergency).
Please be mindful that you may have to wait as the doctors are already fully booked, but are offering a service for you to be seen in a timely manner.
Please ask our reception staff the approximate wait time and if you have any concerns.
Bad language or any form of violence will not be tolerated and Police will be called.

Phones!!!!!! we are so sorry to report that our phones are still not operating correctly. We apologize profusely for this, but it is out of our control, the problem is with the eschange. Rest assured Management have been pushing for an immediate fix of this problem. If possible please book your appointments on line at www.ebmpractice.com.au or call into the surgery.
