My dear yoga students, due to personal reasons I decided to not continue in holding yoga classes in Williamstown on Monday evenings. I thank you all so much for the last few years in joining the class. You all mean the world to me and you will always hold a special place in my heart. It is a heavy hearted decision after practising yoga for more then 20 years but I also look forward what the new path in my life will bring. You never know I might be back one day. Namaste Conny

I would love to thank Bree Gargaro from breegargarowellness for organising such an exceptional retreat at the Kingsford homestead. I loved every moment teaching yoga in such an incredible space and giving inhouse massages with my friend and massage therapist Pauline Flynn who helped me working.
