Keeping you active and moving, naturally and medication free! We believe QUALITY MOVEMENT is the key to a life well lived

Our Values:

Hands-on

Our unique manual therapy techniques bring rapid and sometimes astonishing results. You will feel completely relaxed in our modern and peaceful clinic. We use myofascial trigger point release massage, dry needling and gentle joint manipulation to improve flexibility, decrease pain and speed the healing process. Our treatment is based specifically on observing your movement patterns and looking for the 'key link' that is responsible for your symptoms. You may be surprised as we 'connect the dots' and see how past pain and injuries can limit the body's ability for self-healing. Medication-free

Our goal is to keep you moving and doing what you love naturally and free from pain killers! Our goal with every patient is to quickly identify the true cause of your symptoms and then apply specific manual therapy techniques to get you feeling better straight away. Our treatments are always 1:1 with the Physiotherapist. Collaborative + Educational

We believe in a patient centered and individualized treatment approach. We work with you and your health care team to achieve your goals and get you moving and feeling better. A big part of our approach is education and giving you the knowledge to overcome your injury. When you understand what's going on, we think you are more motivated to achieve your health goals. Professional

On time appointments (if we keep you waiting more than 15 minutes you will receive a 50% discount on your treatment). We are 100% committed to your wellbeing and recovery. On your first session, we provide you with a written treatment plan with home exercises and advice. We are members of the Australian Physiotherapy Association. Health Optimisation

After pain has been addressed, we focus on restoring core strength, endurance and reinforcing good movement patterns. This is an important part of rehabilitation and helps you to return to your specific functional goal e.g. sport or work safely. Our goal is to develop resilience so you feel confident that you will never have to repeat the same injury again. Evidence Based

Physiotherapy is an evidence-based profession. This means we are continually updating and refining our knowledge based on the evolving scientific understanding of the body. We attend conferences, stay up to date with current literature and continually strive to improve our skills to give you the best experience possible. Read our blog here. Community Minded

We offer regular, affordable workshops and Pilates classes to help educate and empower you. We also hold weekly outdoors exercise classes around Adelaide.

Ten years ago, I ran my first marathon — New York City, 2015.

I had no idea how much running would teach me about the body, recovery, and adaptation.

A decade later, I can say this: nothing has taught me more about human physiology, resilience, and trust than training for 42.2 km.

Here are 10 things running and marathon training have taught me — lessons that go far beyond pace or finish times.

Matt Fitzgerald 🏃‍♂️—a guy who’s been training for 43 years and written 36 books 📚—reminds us that endurance problems are messy, unclear, and rarely have a single solution. https://substack.com//p-168293057
Which is why the first (and most surprising) thing you ACTUALLY need when you’re dealing with a running-related injury isn’t a magic stretch or new shoe… it’s Self-Compassion.

That’s not what the internet will tell you. Scroll through social media and you’ll be served up endless simplistic fixes: “Just strengthen your glutes 🍑,” “Buy this shoe 👟,” “Do this magic stretch.” It’s neat, it’s catchy, and it’s… mostly nonsense.

Training problems are rarely that clean. They’re messy, complicated, and don’t come with a user manual. And honestly? That’s refreshing to hear in a world obsessed with oversimplification.

Your body is not broken. It’s full of wisdom, built over hundreds of thousands of years of evolution. Every signal—every ache, every ni**le, every flat day—is feedback. Not something to fight, but something to listen to.

Instead of forcing a fix, sometimes the most therapeutic thing you can do is simply sit with and fully embrace all of the uncertainty and complexity.

Endurance training is not about finding THE holy grail external fix. It’s about being open, curious, and creative enough to keep figuring it out. That’s true whether you’ve been running for 40 years or you’re just starting out.

Maybe that’s the real lesson: we’re not following a perfect plan. We’re always in the process of learning how to train—one imperfect, human step at a time

Sometimes new technology in shoes isn't always better. I'm doing some research for a new blog - would love to know your experience with the new super shoes

I suffered a stress fracture after upping my training in super shoes – and it seems I’m not the only one
