Change the World What is Practitioner Sound Therapy? What is a Sound Bath?

A therapeutic process where over a number of sessions in a safe nurturing space you are guided through a process of self reflection and facilitated sound with instruments such as Himalayan bowls, crystals bowls, vocal and therapeutic percussion to assist you on your journey of self discovery and healing. A one-on-one or group session held in a safe nurturing space away from the stresses of life, that offer the opportunity for deep relaxation where participants are ‘bathed’ in the beautiful sounds of Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, gongs and therapeutic percussion. Community Sound Sessions Available
Community Sound sessions include Sound Relaxation, Sound Narrative and Soundscape sessions offered for business, health, community and educational groups at your location.
