Had a wonderful dinner at Polk last night with these fellow Yogis’s (nice to see everyone dressed in non-yoga clothes! ☺️)saying goodbye to the Lovely Colleen, our journey started together in Stuart’s beautiful backyard studio in Largs Bay and we have caught up again at Coast Yoga and Yoga Mandala and it’s been lovely to have you as a student, fellow practitioner and as a relief Teacher for me at Yoga Mandala. Finished today’s Public Holiday class with Setu Bandha Sarvangasana.

Setu Bandha Sarvangasana on a bolster expands the chest, lengthens the diaphragm, and quietens the brain. The support allows the spine to extend without strain, improving circulation to the heart, throat, and head, and pacifying the nervous system.
