β¨ Why Yoga, not just exercise? β¨
B.K.S. Iyengar explained that while exercise conditions the body, yoga transforms the whole being. In yoga, strength is balanced with flexibility, effort with awareness, and action with stillness. It is not only about what the body can do, but how the mind and breath are integrated into each movement.
