Support at Home is a new Australian Government in-home aged care program that started on 1 November 2025.

It replaced the Home Care Packages Program (HCP) and Short-Term Restorative Care Programme (STRC). It aims to help older Australians live safely and independently at home for longer.

Support at Home brings a broad range of services with simplified budgets and clearer assessment levels.
