1 in 7 women are diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime - that’s why we’re are inviting you to take part in our fundraiser to support and raise awareness for those diagnosed everyday.

This week is the final opportunity to purchase $5 raffle tickets for your chance to win this beautiful hamper valued over $500.

All ticket sales are donated to the National Breast Cancer Foundation 💗

Tickets are available to purchase at Rose Park, Ashford or over the phone.

The winner will be drawn this Friday (31/10/2025) and must be able to collect the hamper from our Rose Park clinic.

This year’s theme for World Menopause Day is ‘Lifestyle Medicine in Menopausal Health’, emphasising the small, consistent habits that can make a big difference.

Every year, Pregnancy and Infant Loss Rememberence Day is held on the 15th October 🤍

This year there is a event where people all around the world are encouraged to light a candle at 7pm in their time zone to honour the memory of lost babies and their families.

Sending all of our love to families with a baby in their hearts but not in their arms. We will light a candle for you 🤍

To support the ongoing fight against breast cancer, we’re proud to play our part in raising awareness and funds to support those diagnosed every day - and you’re invited to take part!

Our Parents Groups are perfect if you feel that a traditional ‘mothers group’ may not be right for you, or if you are keen to try something different.
