Did you know exercise is proven to be an effective method to not only improve your physical health but also your mental health?
How much exercise is enough? 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week of ANY exercise that increases your heart rate and moves your body. Yoga, brisk walking, running, HIIT sessions, gym workouts, swimming, dancing.... π§πΌββοΈπΆπΌββοΈππΌββοΈπ΄πΌββοΈππΌββοΈππΌββοΈππΌ
In line with this, tomorrow is our local Workman's Beach parkrun 1st birthday. This is a community event, organised by the community for the community and is suitable for all abilities - walking and jogging is definitely allowed and encouraged.
If you haven't joined the craze yet, tomorrow will be a great day with cake and a BBQ at the finish line. See you there at 6:45 for a 7am start.
