Hi All,

Sorry for the ambiguous message yesterday - we had some truck issues that are now resolved and we'll be back tomorrow (Friday), and all the way through to the holidays and beyond.

On another note, it’s been brought to my attention that my business has been mentioned a couple of times on a separate page - one I’m unable to view or comment on. I don’t know who runs that page or why I keep being brought up.

There does seem to be quite a bit of misinformation circulating in town, including some odd claims about my business being sold, squatters on my property and other bizarre things. I’m not sure what’s driving it all; none of it is true so it can't be from anyone who is close to me or the business.

For clarity, no, the business hasn't been sold! Still mine and has been since I opened in 2017. I am still recovering from my knee surgery and spend more time filleting these days so you probably see less of me.

For those who saw the latest post: yes, there was a defamation case about a year ago. It wasn't a secret in any way. I'm not sure why it's being dug up again, or written about so poorly, because I settled out of court with the other party on terms that were satisfactory back in March.

It's old news, and I'm happy it's over. Its sudden re-appearance is…interesting timing. I don't know who is behind it but I've been made aware that the same page is advertising the other party. People can draw their own conclusions from that.

For me, I don't like any of the drama. I'm just going to keep on keeping on, and focussing on the only stuff that matters - fresh, tasty seafood, our amazing local fishers and my awesome refrigerated truck that is now running like a dream!

We are now taking Christmas orders!

Pickup is available from 19-25 December 2025, every day except 22 December.

If you have any trouble placing your order, come see us at the truck during our opening hours. We have an iPad available and, if we're not too busy, the team can help you place your order.

Christmas orders close at 6pm, 16 December 2025.

After this week, we'll be taking the next week off and will be closed from 23 October - 26 October.
