At TLC, our staff pour their hearts, energy, skill, and compassion into the work they do. Every day, they support multiple clients, manage complex needs, and go above and beyond to ensure everyone receives the care, respect, and consistency they deserve. Their dedication, professionalism, and kindness make all the difference β and we are deeply proud of them.
Because of the nature of their work, there may be moments when they canβt respond straight away, or days when they need time off for their own wellbeing. When this happens, we ensure support continues so no one is left without help, if you need help, please just ask let us know. π
What we ask is simple: please treat our staff with the same kindness, respect, and understanding they show to others every single day.
Speaking to them rudely, making accusations, or saying personal insults about them is not only hurtful and untrue, it is behaviour we do not accept.
We understand people experience frustration and difficult days, but our team deserve to feel safe, supported, and respected at all times.
