IT'S OUR BIRTHDAY!

We can't believe that is has been one whole year since our first visit out to Borden. Since then we have grown to 5 different locations, some once a month, some more! Not only that, but we also opened a home base in Albany WA which has made the accessibility to the Great Southern a whole lot easier.

Whether it has been emergency engine oil, snacks or even a sneaky coffee - we cannot thank you enough for all of your support over the last 12 months. We love seeing each and every one of your faces in our practice!

How are my weekend warriors doing!? The Christmas break often brings the beach cricket sets and the brand new footy. This can also however, bring out the dodgy knees and hamstrings! Don't forget to warm up properly and take it easy before taking a dive! ⚽️🏈🥏🏏⛳️

Did you know Tummy Time is essential for your baby's crawling preparation? Just like crawling, we are told that tummy time is good for our babies… but how much do they need to do it? What do you do if your baby hates tummy time? Join us on Wednesday the 24th of Jan at 9:30am to learn how best to support your baby through these stages of development. Tummy time is vital for building the connections in your baby’s brain and is their first fundamental developmental milestone.
