Today we celebrate Universal Children’s Day, so let’s use this time to prioritise children’s eye health.

Childhood is a time of rapid growth and development, and healthy vision can support how children learn, play, and engage with the world.

Many eye conditions can develop without obvious signs, which is why early attention to eye health matters.

Encouraging regular eye exams, safe screen use, and protective eyewear are simple ways to support children’s visual wellbeing.

Take a moment for a mate.

Today is International Men’s Day. A reminder to check in on your mates as well as yourself.

Sometimes, all it takes is a quick message, a coffee or a walk outdoors to brighten someone’s day.

Here’s to the men who show up, speak up and support each other.

It's World Diabetes Day.

Did you know diabetes can affect your eyes?

Diabetes can lead to an eye condition known as Diabetic Retinopathy, which when left untreated may cause eye damage and vision loss.

Like many other eye conditions, symptoms are not always evident in the early stages, which is why regular eye tests are so important for early diagnosis.
