Rowing Nan ๐ฃโโ๏ธ is still rowing towards her goal in see the 50s again. Now we mix the cardio with her new weight program at her local gym. Her cardio fitness is up and now a strength program for her rowing. 64.15 down to 61.55 kilos. Looking forward in seeing Rowing Nan hit the 50s and becoming stronger and extremely fit for her sport.
