It might be the most important supplement many women still aren’t taking.

My name is Jayne, it’s a pleasure to meet you.

I am excited to announce that I am practicing out of the wonderful, welcoming space that is Sustainable Motion.

I have a holistic approach to health and wellness. My special interests are paediatrics and women’s health, I am always furthering my study in these areas and find the work I do in this realm extremely rewarding.

I also have a passion for strength, conditioning and sports. When I’m not at the clinic you’ll find me training at CrossFit, playing hockey or running the trails.
