Perinatal Mental Health Week is here, a time to recognise the emotional and psychological changes that parents may experience from pregnancy through to their child’s second birthday.

At Amity Health, we’re proud to raise awareness and support families during this important time. Each year, more than 100,000 Australian parents experience a perinatal mental health concern. This year’s theme, “What you need, when you need it,” highlights why early, accessible support matters.

Amity Health Mental Health Clinician Bec Vincent shares more about this important topic on our latest blog:

The third in our Visiting Specialist series, we introduce you to Dr Robert Granger, who has been providing visiting dermatology services from our Albany clinic rooms, since 2014.

Based in Bunbury, Dr Granger treats the full range of skin, hair, and nail conditions for both adults and children, helping people access the care they need without travelling long distances. For more complex surgical cases, referrals are coordinated to Bunbury to ensure specialist continuity of care.

Amity Health's collaboration with Dr Granger, means people in the Great Southern can receive high-quality, local care for all things skin health.
