General Slow Flow Class, All levels welcome.
Linking the mind with body and breath, in a slow flow style. You will be encouraged to cultivate a steady breath whilst moving continuously, with gentle holds in postures. Building strength, flexibility, stamina, balance, coordination and the ability to focus and release tensions over time. Each session incorporates fundamental yoga postures into the sun salutation, moving at a slow flow pace this class is suitable for all levels, options are provided for beginners to advanced students.
