For those of you who get a little confused by all the different styles of yoga out there these days, heres some descriptions I whipped up to cut through the confusion! Then, take the quiz and work out which one is right for you. ❤

Power Flow
A fast moving practice based on Ashtanga Yoga, Power Yoga builds stamina, strength, flexibility and internal heat. Perfect for students who want a total body workout and cardiovascular benefits, whilst also experiencing the stress reducing effects of a yoga practice.

Slow Flow Vinyasa
A slower paced class than Power flow, Slow Flow holds postures for longer periods of time, focusing on flexibility and breath. Perfect for beginners or for students who are particularly tight and/or stressed out.

Hot Yoga
Practiced in a heated room (28-34°C), Hot Yoga increases the metabolism, detoxifies the body and decreases the risk of injury. Students are able to move more deeply into the postures due to the heated environment, and deep stretching is this focus here. Perfect for those who love to sweat it out.
