So today I made a promise to myself. I'm going to start doing things for me. First thing on my list- going to the gym more every week.
Since my heart operation and all the medication I have to take for that, I have put on 25kgs. Yep you heard me- 25 friggen kilos.
My body feels old, I have bloating and reflux, my clothes don't fit me anymore and I just feel like a blob.
I don't know if I'll be able to lose the weight (due to the meds), but you know what? I don't care. I want to be strong again- both mentally and physically and I think the gym will help me with that.
I'm going to hustle every day, making each day the best it can be. I'm going to pull my finger out of my butt and work on growing my business. I'm going to meditate, make smoothies and eat all things leafy and green!
I'm going to smile more, be positive, laugh, and love myself and my body.
Because I have realised, we take so much for granted in this world and get stuck on the small and petty things.
So who's with me?! Changes only come from within! Make the most of each day, and most importantly, be kind to YOURSELF! ββ
