At Mind & Body Wellness Studio, every treatment is thoughtfully designed to provide you with the highest level of care, relaxation, and results.

In order to continue offering the quality treatments, professional products, and personalised experience you have come to expect, there will be a small price adjustment to our services. This decision has not been taken lightly, but with rising costs across the industry it has become necessary. This update will take effect as of Monday 16th March 2026.

Alongside this update, I will also be reviewing our treatment menu and simplifying some services. This will allow me to focus on the treatments that best align with the studio’s philosophy and ensure I can continue delivering the highest standard of care to every client.

I am incredibly grateful for your ongoing support, loyalty, and trust over the years. It truly means the world to me and allows this small business to continue doing what it loves.

Why I started Mind & Body Wellness Studio

I started this studio because I saw a gap in the wellness space ; places that felt rushed, impersonal, and disconnected from the individual. After years of working hands-on with clients, I knew true healing doesn’t happen in busy rooms or one-size-fits-all treatments.

I wanted to create a space where people could slow down, feel held, and be truly listened to. A place where wellness is private, personalised, and intentional, not a trend or a quick fix.

Mind & Body Wellness Studio was built from the belief that the body and mind are deeply connected, and when we support both, real change happens. Every treatment here is guided by intuition, experience, and genuine care, whether that’s massage, skin therapy, sauna, ice bath, or holistic support.

This studio is more than a service — it’s a sanctuary.
