Tips to keep cool during this heatwave!

☑️Use air conditioning if available to maintain a comfortable temperature indoors
☑️Wear light, loose-fitting clothes
☑️Avoid being outdoors in the hottest part of the day as much as possible
☑️Close curtains and blinds to block out the sun
☑️Spend time in the coolest area of your home
☑️Stay hydrated and drink plenty of water regularly
☑️Take time to rest and recover after the heat has passed
☑️Check in on family, friends and neighbours
☑️Keep pets out of the heat and ensure access to water
