What a fantastic morning at the Easter Roll Up for a Cause at Café Pallet 🐣☕️

A huge thank you to for hosting such a great community event, and to our amazing participants and staff who made the day so special. With great conversations, coffee, treats, and plenty of Easter cheer, it was a wonderful way to come together in support of PCYC Albury

We’re proud to be part of a community that supports such an important cause, with all donations going directly to PCYC Albury Youth Programs.

Nothing better than a Friday night spent together enjoying a BBQ, good company, and a bit of Easter fun!

With Kellie cooking up a storm on the grill to hunting for hidden Easter treats 🥚🍫, it was a relaxed and laughter-filled evening for everyone involved.

We’re Hiring!!! – Disability Support Worker

Arm in Arm Support is a small, locally owned disability support provider based in the Albury Wodonga region. We’re looking for a reliable, compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team.

About the role:
You will be supporting NDIS participants to live more independently and engage in their community. This may include:
• Community access and social participation
• Assistance with daily living tasks
• Supporting individual goals and routines

What we’re looking for:
• Genuine care and respect for people with disability
• Strong communication, autonomy and reliability
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
• First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain)

Experience in disability or community services is highly regarded, but the right attitude is most important.

Arm in Arm Support currently has a vacancy in a lovely shared home in Thurgoona, located in a quiet leafy street close to parks, shops and local amenities.

The home is a modern 3-bedroom property offering a comfortable, safe and supportive environment for someone looking to live more independently while having access to support when needed.

This opportunity may suit an NDIS participant who:

• Is looking for a quiet and supportive living environment
• Would benefit from in-home support services
• Is interested in living with a compatible housemate
• Values a calm suburban setting

Arm in Arm Support is a registered NDIS provider, experienced in supporting participants to live independently while building confidence and community connection.

Depending on individual NDIS plans and needs, support arrangements may include:

• In-home supports
• Shared support arrangements
• Individualised Living Options (ILO)
• Supported Independent Living (SIL) pathways where appropriate

The property operates under a standard residential rental arrangement with a rental contribution, with supports arranged separately according to the participant’s NDIS plan.

We are committed to ensuring the right match for the household, so we welcome enquiries from participants, families, support coordinators and allied health professionals.

🎳 Inclusive Bowling at Kinross Lanes! 🎳

Looking for a fun, relaxed activity during the week? Kinross Lanes is offering inclusive bowling for NDIS participants Monday to Friday at Kinross Woolshed in Albury.

✅ $10 per person for one game
✅ Two games for $15
✅ Carers bowl FREE with a valid Companion Card
✅ Access to weekday meal deals (same as seniors)
✅ Walk-ins welcome or bookings available

Bowling is a great way to build confidence, connect with others, and enjoy some friendly competition in a supportive environment.

If any Arm In Arm Support participants would like to join a bowling outing, please contact us and we can organise a visit together.

What a beautiful afternoon celebrating Vanessa’s birthday at the Jindera Pub 🎉🎂
Surrounded by friends and support staff, Vanessa had an absolute ball. From the moment the cake came out, she was giggling non-stop. Plenty of laughs, great food, colourful drinks, and of course some lovely pressies to top it all off. Moments like this are what it’s all about. Connection, community, and creating memories together 💚

Happy Birthday Vanessa. We’re so glad we could celebrate with you.

What a fantastic day out at Cafe Pallet 🎨☕

Our crew had an absolute ball getting creative with Pour Palz, experimenting with colours, pouring techniques and creating some seriously impressive little masterpieces.

After getting stuck into the art, the team enjoyed making ice and hot drinks together, building confidence and independence in a relaxed, supportive community setting.

Days like this are what it’s all about. Creativity, connection and genuine joy 💚

🎄 Arm in Arm Christmas Toy Drive 🎄

What an incredible way to finish the year. As a team and alongside our amazing participants, we were proud to donate a huge collection of toys to Together We Rise, a local community group started by a local mum, Bri. Bri saw how many families in our community were doing it tough and took action, building a page that now supports so many local families when they need it most.

Being able to come together and contribute as a group is something we are genuinely proud of. This is what community looks like.

A heartfelt thank you to our participants and staff who gave so generously and helped make this happen. Your kindness will bring a lot of joy to local kids this Christmas.
