💫 Meet Sammy 💫

Originally from Jersey Channel Islands, Sammy’s journey into yoga came after a life of extremes - and it completely transformed her world. The practice has opened not just a world of physical health, but also emotional, mental, and spiritual growth 🌱

A proud defence spouse, she travels with her husband, two beautiful boys, and their furry crew of dogs and cats.

When she’s not on the mat, you’ll find her diving into yoga wisdom, adventuring with her boys, or bouncing to 90’s tunes on her rebounder!

Sammy brings warmth, curiosity, and joy into every class - and we’re so grateful to have her energy in our community ✨

From Tahlia & Jaime’s beginnings to where we are now, under Roxy’s care, our space has grown, shifted and blossomed - just like our community.

We’ve welcomed new teachers while keeping old friends, added 6 reformer beds, and refreshed our space - but at the heart of it all, Ardor remains the same:

A nurturing, community-driven sanctuary where every body and every story belongs.
