At Aspire Support Services, we are proud to share that we have once again been recognised for achieving the highest quality standards in delivering services to NDIS participants. ๐๐๐
โThis achievement is a testament to the unwavering commitment of our team, who work tirelessly to ensure that our services meet the highest standards. We take our accreditation seriously because we know how important it is to provide a safe, reliable, and empowering environment for our NDIS participants,โ Nigel Stone, General Manager โ Aspire.
Choosing an NDIS provider who is regularly audited and accredited is essential for ensuring quality, transparency, and accountability. Independent audits confirm that providers are meeting the strict standards set by the NDIS Commission, giving participants and their families peace of mind that they are receiving safe and effective support.
Weโre proud to deliver high-quality NDIS support services to the Albury Wodonga community, helping individuals and families thrive with care, respect, and local expertise. Our roots run deep in this region, and we remain committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve. ๐ซถ

Aspire Support Services (Aspire) provides support to people with a disability and their families through a range of services. Based in the Albury and Wodonga regions, the breadth of our services enables Aspire to support people with a range of disabilities, across their lifespan.
Aspireโs foundations date back to 1983. Aspire Support Services was established in 2012 with the merger of Woodstock Support Inc, Kalparrin Inc, and Cooinda Family Support Services. In July 2013, Community Options Brokerage Service (COBS) also merged with Aspire.
With a vision of creating a community where people with disabilities and their families are able to achieve their goals and live the life they choose, Aspire has become a customer-centric support service organisation.
To understand the needs of people with a disability and their families, Aspire continually undergoes a process of community engagement. This allows us to continue to develop new services and support the changing needs of people with a disability.
Since 2012 Aspire has experienced significant growth with:
the opening of a supported accommodation house in 2014
over 35% growth in personnel from 2012 to 2017
the addition of Early Childhood Early Intervention services in 2017
the appointment of a Psychologist to the Behaviour Support services in 2017
an expanded delivery of services to children under 18 years of age
the broadening of the range of services provided since 2012
an increased focus on challenging and complex behaviours
With the introduction of the NDIS, Aspire is focused on:
helping you better understand the changes that are happening with the introduction of the NDIS
providing information to help you through those changes
keeping you updated on the different ways that Aspire can help you
This focus is reflective of Aspireโs Mission to work alongside people with disabilities and their families to achieve their goals and aspirations.
Aspire Support Services provides services to people with a disability in the Albury and Wodonga region. Aspire supports around 700 families throughout the region every year and employs over 200 staff in doing so.
