As I laid down in the sun today I prayed.

“Heavenly father, divine creator, lead me back…guide me home to divine grace”..

Then I felt these words wash over me.

Come back to stillness..now is all there is. This moment is all you have.

Do not fixate or worry about what you think you should become, or what you think you need to create or acquire or how others will see or celebrate you. This is not what gives your life true meaning or purpose.

You give your life meaning and purpose simply by being in it and being of it. “Be” of your life .

Take pride and joy in the little things, give and be kind..do everything with purpose and meaning , the small tasks you carry out day to day, but above all, choose to love ..This is what gives your life meaning and purpose.

Seek to find yourself in everything you carry out.

Life can be very difficult & sometimes you may feel like there is just no hope or light at the end of the tunnel. You are not alone..🌹
