NB Restorative Classes are back to Tuesdays at The Space🥰We gave Friday evenings a go but as lovely as the idea is to have class at this time it is a bit more of a challenge to get to. Tuesdays are still awesome to practice this art of rest - there a few classes like this locally so share this special practice with those you love best 😉and book your rest nest. ###

This unique style of yoga is designed to help re-set your systems to the rest and digest mode. Our modern busy lives can become overwhelming - it is in rest that you can help your body and mind find quiet, creativity or maybe even a bit more sleep. Restorative YOGA is the beautiful act of showing how to care for your body, your mind and your health. Practice rest as a super power.

🎄 Hey everyone! With the festive season just around the corner, here's a quick update on our holiday hours at Kate Johnson Osteo Clinic.

I’ll be taking a break from December 23rd and will be back, refreshed and ready to help, on Monday, January 5th. I’m excited to enjoy some holiday cheer and recharge for the new year!
