Communication skills and healthy boundaries.
April 11th – Week 7: ATTITUDE of Gratitude
Growing positivity, kindness, and appreciation.
April 17th – Week 8: MAGICAL Mindfulness
Mind–body calm, grounding, and peaceful awareness.
This program gently supports girls to feel stronger within themselves and more connected to others — and I would love your help growing this new page to reach our local community and amazing pre-teen girls!
