Can we STOP please. I’m worried for our younger generation and it starts with us as parents. Kids don’t need to be watching ‘influencers’ on social media, nor do they need any skin care - go outside and play in nature.

🌸 Just because you’re an introvert doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with you.

Often the girls I see think they’re not ‘normal’ or like everyone else because they’re not ‘extroverted’ and can’t do what their extroverted friends can do.

The world needs both introvert and extroverts. No right - no wrong. Just perfectly different.

When we increase our own self-worth and self-esteem, we learn to accept and love ourselves for exactly who we are.
