Helping you alchemise trauma into the fuel that creates the life you know you're here to live — safe, aligned & true to you. when our pets are unwell or showing signs of malaise, we take them to a Vet, however, we don't 'pre choose' a treatment for them. They are the tool we seek to unlock our pets' healing. By not defining my sessions .. we can create a personalised, intentional & deeply healing session for you, based entirely on your own needs & at a pace you feel safe at. You simply choose the amount of time you would like to work with me. Various modalities & healing tools are intuitively chosen by me ; aromatherapy massage, crystal healing, sound & colour therapy, chakra cleansing & alignment, card readings, intention & affirmations, time & talking drawing on 43 years of human life experience & many lifetimes of knowledge & soul experience. I do my healing sessions on Tuesdays & Thursdays between 11am & 6pm .. these are my 'magic hours', the absolute best times for me to do healings.

A closing .. and an opening .. 🙏

This year asked everything of me .. personally, professionally, spiritually.
It stripped. It refined. It returned me to myself. Again. 🤍

I’m deeply grateful for the clients, conversations, endings, initiations, and quiet breakthroughs that shaped this chapter. Nothing was wasted. ✅

What I’m releasing: over-giving, over-explaining, working from depletion.

What I’m reclaiming (fully and finally): my rhythm, my authority, my way of working ..

And what’s evolving…
- Group work is returning
- More intentional containers
- Deeper healing, clearer pathways, new ways to work together
- Less noise. More resonance.

2026 isn’t about doing more .. about being truer.👌

This is for the woman who has held it all together this year… and feels herself slipping into the end of 2025 on fumes.

It’s not often I have that feeling of not coping ..

But last night .. f**k me .. I was IN IT ..

Neck deep, soul deep .. completely lost in the not coping ..

I did allllll the things I teach .. but nothing worked .. & so, I was given another opportunity to heal another part of my masculine & feminine energy ..

I asked for help from someone I really didn’t want to .. I let my ego take a backseat, the deep running story of ‘I can do it all on my own’ was being rewritten ..

There is no right way or wrong way to move through epic seasons of change .. any action, decision, intention made from the heart is never wrong 💜

So, here today .. this beautiful spirit animal has again come to visit me .. I’m in a new home, she is not ‘mine’ & yet EVERY time I’m having a hard day / night .. she arrives to bring love, healing & a grounded energy to my ‘not coping’ ..

If we let ourselves receive .. we really do have so much love, support & kindness all around us ..

Hello! Welcome to my page .. so how can i help you? Well, its not a simple answer .. often a holistic approach to wellness isn’t a “one liner” .. LOL :)

So, in a short summary, I offer a holistic approach to creating a state of deep relaxation for women. My treatments create a safe space for true connection & healing of the mind, body & spirit to truly begin. I am super passionate about connecting with women to help them along their own journey of self healing, self love & ownership of their unique feminine energy.

I am also a mum to 2 human kids & 2 fur kids, & live on a farm in Staghorn Flat country North East Victoria.

Over a number of years, I have developed & refined my technique to ensure you receive a treatment that truly enhances the emotional & physical elements of your wellbeing. I am dedicated in my purpose to ensure you experience true connection & healing as a result.
