👉 In a neutral position, the human head weighs about 4.5–5.5 kg (10–12 lbs).
But tilt forward and the load multiplies:
• 15° ➡️ ~12 kg
• 30° ➡️ ~18 kg
• 45° ➡️ ~22 kg
• 60° ➡️ ~27 kg (like carrying a 🧳 suitcase or a 👶 small child all day long!)
