📣 Practice Update – Phone & Internet Still Down

Unfortunately, our phone lines and internet at the practice are still down due to an ongoing network outage. We are continuing to work with the relevant providers to have services fully restored as soon as possible.

👉 Facebook is currently the best way to stay in contact with us.
The good news is that we are still able to access our appointment books in the meantime, so we can help with making, changing, or checking appointments via Facebook while our systems are offline.

Today:
🕘 We are in practice from 9:00am – 1:00pm for anyone in need of an urgent or emergency Chiro/NET session.

Looking ahead:
📅 We will be back in practice on Monday morning from 8:30am as usual.
✨ Dr Cass is in town until 22nd January 2026, so if you’ve been meaning to catch up with her for Chiro or NET sessions, today and next week are great opportunities — especially before the busyness and antics of the Australia Day long weekend.

We wanted to let you know that our phone lines have unfortunately been down since yesterday and are still not fully restored.

We sincerely apologise to anyone who has been trying to contact us over the past couple of days without success — we know how frustrating that can be and truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

• Today – Friday 16th Jan: 8:00am – 5:30pm
• Tomorrow – Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm

Please be aware there are major road closures on the Hume Freeway (northbound) near High Street, Wodonga due to a vehicle collision.

🔹 High Street / Hume Freeway on-ramp is closed northbound
🔹 Hume Freeway northbound between High Street, Wodonga and East Street, Albury is also closed
🔹 The closures are under the control of emergency services and will reopen only when safe to do so.

If you have an appointment with us today, please allow extra travel time and plan for possible delays.
