She teaches weekly restorative classes, meditation + movement sessions, 2 hour Sunday restorative sessions with cake + workshops. peri- menopause and yoga workshop tomorrow. A subject dear to my heart - as my menopause journey started at 32 years (yikes 15 years ago).
Always stoked to share my go with the flow style of yoga...just keeping it fu***ng real.

Such an amazing bunch of divine salty & stretchy creatures!!! Many travelling far and wide to in-joy this three day surf and stretch retreat!

Stoked to be collaborating with ..the amazing woman Kirsty who is the brains trust behind every wholesome surf and stretch retreat. We are just fun loving folk wanting to entice more women to surf, connect with other fun loving women, be inspired and retreat. These retreats make my smile wide.
