The name 'Moodswingers' has been 'recycled' from the original Albury Wodonga Bipolar Support Group founded in the 1980's by Ian Eames... this name was just too good to go past! Moodswingers Bipolar Support Network is open to anyone who has ever been 'clinically diagnosed' (rightly or wrongly) with a 'Bipolar Disorder' and their carers/families/supporters. Moodswingers network does not focus on the 'clinical stuff' and is very much 'recovery focused' - understanding that people are the experts of their own lives and everyone is able and capable of creating and living a meaningful life, of their choosing.
