There comes a point where strength changes.

It’s less about pushing.
Less about proving.

More about contact.
More about trust.

This week we explore what it means to be supported,
to press down and feel the ground respond.

To soften the jaw.
To steady the breath.
To let strength rise from something deeper than effort.

What if you didn’t have to hold yourself up alone?

All week.
We begin from the ground 🤎

Life 🌿

Soft light finding its way in.
Green reaching without force.
Growth happening quietly in the corner while the world rushes past.

There’s something about this scene… the way the blue light kisses the leaves, the way each plant leans toward what nourishes it.
No urgency.
No comparison.
Just steady becoming.

Life doesn’t always roar.
Sometimes it unfurls.
Sometimes it trails gently across the floor.
Sometimes it stands tall in a woven pot, roots held, leaves open.

This feels like a reminder
Grow toward your light.
Take up space.
Soften where you can.

And trust that even in stillness… you are very much alive. 💚

An evening of slowness and breath.
A room full of yogi’s melting into shapes.
Time stretches. Muscles soften.
The nervous system exhales.

This is Yin.
Blessings to all who
Came as you were & Stayed awhile.

Over the last year, I’ve found myself quietly mourning my own regress. Not in a dramatic way, but in the subtle ache of realising I’m not where I once was, in energy, in confidence, in ease.

There’s grief in noticing the parts of me that felt expansive now feel tender, guarded, slower. And yet, within that mourning, I’m learning that regression isn’t failure, it’s information.

A signal to soften, to listen, to rebuild with more truth than urgency. I’m meeting myself where I am, even when that place feels unfamiliar, and trusting that growth doesn’t always look like forward motion

There’s a freedom in yoga when you’re empowered to choose…
to stay, to soften, to come out, to rest.
No performing. No pushing. No “should.”

That’s agency in the body.
And when the body remembers it’s allowed to decide, the mind exhales too.

Yoga stops being something done to you
and becomes something that arises from you

Ahimsa ( non-harming.)
As you practice, let this be your foundation.
Notice where you can move with kindness instead of force,
where you can soften rather than push.

Satya ( truthfulness.)
Let your body be honest. Not the version you think it should be, but the one that’s here today, breathing, feeling, responding.

Asteya ( non-grasping.)
Resist the urge to chase the deepest stretch or compare your practice. There is nothing to take, nothing to steal from another body or another moment. Everything you need is already here.

Brahmacharya ( wise use of energy.)
Move in a way that sustains you, not depletes you. Notice when less effort creates more space.

Aparigraha ( non-attachment.)
Let go of outcomes. Let go of how this practice should feel.
Simply stay with the experience as it unfolds.

As you move, let the poses be a container, but let the experience be the teacher.

This is yoga beyond the shape.
This is yoga as awareness.

Knee pain is very rarely caused by the knee.

More often, it’s coming from what’s happening above or below, tight hips, overloaded quads, restricted calves, or even the way your feet meet the ground.

The knee is a hardworking hinge. When surrounding tissues lose balance or mobility, it takes the strain.

Remedial massage looks beyond the pain point, working with the muscles, fascia and movement patterns that support the knee, not just the symptom itself.

If your knees are talking to you… it might be time to listen a little wider 🤍
