Welcome to Guided Healing Counselling

My name is Jessica, and I come from an extensive background in spiritual development and therapeutic practices.

I am now beginning a new format of facilitation where I can teach the powerful principles I have been researching and mastering.

I will be offering Beginners Astrology courses online to teach others the fundamental basics of astrology in an easy and digestable way.

As well as counselling sessions with survivors of extreme childhood trauma.

Motivated by firsthand experience with trauma, I dedicate myself to developing an intricate understanding of trauma psychology, psychotherapy, and healing modalties that integrate the body, mind, and soul.

Gonna stop minimising the knowledge i have to co-create more connective action towards embodying what we all desire.

I have been taking a back seat, communicating myself and my feelings, being an observer and lover of human expression

Instead of inviting small shifts or attention to things I have observed

I have learnt so much through this time stepping back, and I am excited to step into all the Wisdom I know I have.

25 years of life
A quarter complete

How have I lived so much experience and learnt so much in just the beginning of this human experience ?

A quarter complete, 3/4s to go

3 4ths to embody ALL I have learnt

My entire human experience is encapsulated in just 25 years!

Yet my sight stretches far beyond.

Parallel-life healing has always been my game.

Seeing the souls around me and the lives we shared before

Observing the karmic patterns and chosing to move beyond

Allowing past lives to come through me, to be transmuted by ME.

I have transmuted literal Demons that clung to my womb

I have birthed a glorious child into this world

I have overcome a life filled with hardship

I have stood my ground and shouted back at the forces working against me, that I will not back down

That I will speak my truth, that I will share my medicine

That I will rip apart the curtains of secrecy and the veil of forgetting

I will raditate unconditional lovelight into the darkest parts of humanity's unconscious

I will remind humanity that we are infinitely powerful beings and we can reclaim that birthright!

I will break down the barriers of mental health stigma and religious dogma

I will be all that my ancestors have been alongside helping me towards

Revealing more of my encoded gifts with each bleed

I have lived far beyond these 25 years and that wisdom I bring through.

While also just enjoying being a human too.

Relationships are the bases of human existence. We first form Relationships with our caregivers, and then those patterns can play our for the rest of our lives.

Every person we meet is an opportunity for growth. As each person reflects something within us back to us.

Hyper independence and fear of vulnerability has created so much disconnection.
As well as the limitation of love to just romantic connections.

Humanity is only just learning now, as we play with Paradigms, new tools to dig deeper into human connections.

Deeper into Witnessing each other.

Deeper into expressing ourselves.

Deeper into truer connection and love with all those around us, that truly serve our highest good.
