The most beautiful summer hols at home 🌞

🌀 Term 1 yoga begins back at Heartland next Monday 2/2 9:30am~ classes full, with waitlist available 🧘🏼‍♀️

🌀 Restorative Immersions scheduled seasonally for the year, with the first one being this Sun 1/2 ✨

🌀 Ayurvedic bodywork therapies Mon, Tues & Wed at my sweet little Home Clinic in Aldinga Beach. Current faves include cooling Brahmi oil Indian Head Massage + mineral foot soak and pitta reducing massage using herbal oils infused with ingredients like sandalwood and ashwagandha…delish 💆‍♀️

🌀 Plus stay tuned for so many exciting offerings that will be rolled out with .au where you can continue to find me absolutely loving my work with the bio electric lymphatic drainage device + therapeutic massage 🪄

Helloooo friends 👋🏼
Remember me 😅
I’ve just finished guiding our final yoga class at Heartland for 2025.
It’s hard to describe the depth of what happens here, it is magical + moving + grounding + holy + expansive + I love it so so much and am grateful for the practice, the people and the land every single week 🙏🏻✨
Many moving parts in my life just now, so I will update you with my offerings in 2026.
For now, I am surrendering into the slow flow of school hols and summer with my family 🥰

Life is finally settling into a lovely grounding rhythm~

You will find me:

🧘🏼‍♀️ Mondays, sharing my love of yoga with a small group of the most fabulous humans in a peaceful private setting in the Aldinga Beach Scrub.
9:30am gentle, mobilising, stabilising, peace inducing Hatha Flow
+
11am deep drops into grounding, calming, nervous system nourishing Restorative stillness.

🌺Tuesdays, Home Clinic Love. Cosy little sanctuary for Ayurvedic bodywork therapies (come for a divine warm herbal oil massage + steam bath 👌🏻!), 1:1 yoga, plus Relaxation + Remedial massage therapy.

✨Wednesdays at + Thursdays & Fridays in Hyde Park bringing the magic with .au and the ‘Magic wand’ 🪄 (also known as a bio electro lymphatic drainage device 😅) + massage therapy.

Throughout all of the changing tides of life, this practice continues to be one of the number one ways to help me ground, centre and resource myself.

To reset to peace, perspective and trust.

Monday morning’s shared yoga practice always feels like such a steadying, soulful, sacred meeting.

It is a rhythm I’m so grateful for in my life.

Opening the doors for round 2 of Love the Skin You’re In next week~
The first wave of invites have just gone out to the beautiful women on the waitlist…

This first round has been such an incredible experience for me~ stepping into being able to hold space for women & support them in this way has been really powerful.
& the women I’ve been working with?!
Just wow.
I am in awe of the way they have embraced small, simple shifts in the name of self love & self care to feel so much more deeply grounded, centred, well nourished and resourced 🙏🏻
