Neck and Shoulder pain! Take a close look at how muscles attach from the scaplua bone to the spine and neck vertebrae.

The shoulders are covered in tight straps. Overworked attachments loose their flexibility and become painful sensations. Easy to maintain with some regular massage, scrubbing out lactic acid build up that causing muscular congestion.

Apologies for the lapse in posts, but things are changing and I will be doing more work locally.
