Here’s to Strength is entering a new season of growth.

Our mission moving forward is “From Crisis to Contribution” A New National Pathway for Integrated Community Recovery.

Our Aldinga site is more than a service space. We are a community hub, with a café at its centre. It is where people gather, connect, and rebuild. As we grow, we are seeking a hands-on Site Manager who wants to grow with us.

This is an active leadership position starting part time developing to a full time role for the right candidate.

You will be present in the café every day leading from the floor, supporting your team, supporting our Independent Service Providers, preparing food and beverages, and ensuring the space operates from a community focused perspective with excellence.

A new chapter ahead for our beloved Kelly!

After joining the team in 2023 as Manager, stepping into the Charity as a Volunteer Board Member and working incredibly hard to setup our Aldinga team for the years of growth ahead we are sad to announce but very excited for Kelly as she takes her next steps in life enjoying a break with family before she prepares to follow her dream as a qualified counsellor (a perfect role and purpose for you Kel!)

Kelly you have done so much for Here’s to Strength and we are so incredibly thankful and appreciative of your above and beyond support, volunteered efforts and loyal friendship.

There’s a shift coming… and it’s going to strengthen everything.

Change is in the air and we are pressing pause for 5 days to reset, realign and prepare for something powerful. Some big announcements which we have been planning for a while are coming later in the week.

The cafe and retail store will reopen Sunday 1st of March 2026.

The community pantry will still operate as per usual 24/7.

Onsite practitioner services will still be accessible.

Crisis support information will be available at the door.

Watch this space. This new chapter will be one of many pillars, industries and sectors working side by side.

The Space Includes:
• 3 professional hair chairs

ANNOUNCING SOMETHING EXCITING BELOW ⬇️

Something we absolutely LOVE to see all the time is families and friends coming together at HTS enjoying a game of chess, uno or dominoes while they have a bit of lunch listening to the good vibes music enjoying community connection.

The games are out and ready to play 9am-4pm EVERYDAY! Yes that’s right, we are announcing that we are back open everyday, no longer closed on Mondays. 🙌🏼

So come down and support your charity run community hub. The air con is blaring, the coffee and food is flowing and it’s a great space to have a bit of friendly competition while the kids play and verse the ones you love ♟️☕️
