The boys have hit the jackpot today !

Today a crew of davco boys were in the old star casino in Brisbane city centre, helping our client achieve there demolition goals ready for a new fit out!

We were asked to provide access and egress for the demo team to remove the old tv screens in the high roller room, keeping the job moving forward on time

Together as a team we had to bring 5 tonne of scaffold up through the escalator into level 2 and into the job site, which was no easy task!

A few hours in the job was complete and the demo team happy, keeping the project moving forward on time!

Another complex job starting for our client in Labrador

The scaffold is currently 20m high full wrap of new unit block, and the client requested for us to strip 1 side and reinstall on steel I beams from level 2 up, giving them the clearance they need on the ground to keep the job running on time.

The boys had a morning working in with the crane crew to install the steel I beams ready for the new base out, like they was always there!!

We always do our best for our clients and everyone on site keeping it not only safe, but also on time everytime!

Another complex adaption done for our client in chevron island

Here’s Dan one of our supervisors,adapting the scaffold around the crane and rebuilding using steel ibeams.

The scaffold is currently at level 10 of 22, and the client came to us with visions of adapting and rejigging the the bays around the crane for differnt works to be completed.

After some engineering and brain work the beams were in and scaffold rebuilt, on time everytime, safely and securly, and the project can continue!

Today davco was trusted in a high risk job on the beach front in main beach

140m in the air we was requested to build a floating access platform from the xx story linking to the crane

This was no easy task but with the work ethic of the boys and some planning it was easily solved

We prefabricated the scaffold on deck ensuring safe work for all involved, a easy task with the use of atpac gear and components, aswell as having the scaffold on castor wheels allowing it to move with crane

A quick 10 minute lift with the crane and the boys brains, and it was tied to the crane securely and safely. Job completed on time and on demand

A simple but effective public access walkway built in the city for our client in Brisbane

This job had its problems with access and the steepness of the land, but nothing we couldn’t achieve. The client needed a safe efficient access escape, and davco were the men for the job.

Another project completed on time and on demand, just as we always do!

NEW PROJECT DAY 1!!!!!!!

Today one of davco specialist scaffold teams have started our new project over in Southport for a valued client

The first stage for us was to erect perimeter handrail around the cap, ensuring everyone stays safe whilst work is commencing and moving forward!

Davco will be scaffolding the full job,which is due to be a 10 story build, with a large footprint, aswell as multiple hung stair cases and stretcher stairs for safe access and egress around the job site!!

First day back for davco scaffolding today after a nice break over xmas for the team

We have teams all over se qld today inspecting our scaffolds for safety, and helping the client move forward with the projects

This is La Belle project in Palm beach, currently at level 12 of 17, a very unusual shape building but nothing the lads can’t achieve with the use of atpac and brains

The slab is split into 2 pours due to the size, with each top up completed in the day, keeping the job flowing smoothly and the client happy

Some emergency access towers built this morning for our valued client BOC over in yatala

DAVCO were chosen to help them progress the new Plant they are building installing things from oxygen tanks to electrical cable trays, and in some cases we were called out and within a few hours the scaffold was built and work was well underway

We pride ourselves on helping our clients within the day to ensure the project runs smoothly and efficiently

Christmas come early for our transport team!!!

Today our 2025 12m semi truck arrived with a payload of 22 tonne for our specialist driver radar!
This has been added to our fleet along with our other truck which is 8m with a payload of 14tonne driven by boydy
Both trucks have Moffats attached for an easy unload/load wherever the job!!

Last but not least is the crews little truck we call Henry which is used for smaller loads and hard to access jobs!
