HYROX Melbourne 2025 ✨

Competing in HYROX was a big deal for me. It wasn’t just another achievement. And it certainly wasn’t about finishing in a good time. Training for Hyrox was about making a commitment to my health and realising that I can be a mum, nursing student, pilates teacher/ coach and an athlete all at the same time.

Training with a specific goal in mind, brought my spark back and drive for improved performance. Training and challenging myself (mentally and physically) ignites something inside me, lights me up inside, and makes me smile. It’s part of who I am.

I’m looking forward to lifting heavier, spending more time on the track, and getting stronger to compete in the pro division in 2026 with my best buddy Lauren Ferguson
