Say hi (again!) to Brodie 👋🙌
Brodie is now full-time with us at Movement Matters Therapy as our Allied Health Assistant – and if you’ve called the clinic lately, you’ve probably already chatted with him!
Brodie supports our EP, Physio and Hydro sessions, but he’s also our front-line admin legend – answering calls, booking clients in, helping people find the right service, and keeping things ticking along in the clinic.
With an IT background and a great attitude, he’s basically our clinic all-rounder and problem-solver, and we’re very lucky to have him.
We’re so glad to have you on board full-time, Brodie 💙

Happy New Year from all of us at Movement Matters Therapy 🌞
As we step into a new year here in Mparntwe (Alice Springs), we want to say a big thank you to our clients, families and wider community for your support and trust. We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of this land, the Arrernte people, and pay our respects to Elders past and present.
While Nicholle and Jacqualyn are still enjoying some well-earned time overseas, and we’re wishing Piers all the best as he heads off on his New Zealand adventures, the clinic doors are open again with Amanda, Brodie, Jess and Alec back on deck and ready to help.
We’re currently working our way through the waitlist and truly appreciate your patience - we’re doing our best to get to everyone as soon as we can.
Here’s to a healthy, connected and active 2026. We’re so glad to be back and part of this community ❤️

Say hello to Alec! The newest member of our Movement Matters Therapy family! 🙌💙
Alec is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a real passion for helping people feel stronger and more confident in their function and movement.
He spent years working in group fitness and personal training, where he learned how to support people of all abilities and make movement feel enjoyable and achievable.
Alec has just moved here from the East Coast of NSW and is excited to meet our clients and become part of the Central Australia community.

We’re excited to welcome Amanda to Movement Matters Therapy! 💙🌀

Amanda joins us as our Senior Exercise Physiologist & Clinical Team Leader, bringing over 15 years of experience supporting people living with chronic conditions, disability, and neurological injury.

She has worked across private practice, rehab, and higher education, even lecturing in Master-level Clinical Exercise Physiology and helping shape the next generation of EPs.

Amanda’s knowledge, strengths-based approach and passion for empowering clients make her a perfect fit for our community here in Central Australia.

She’ll be leading our clinical team, supporting complex care, and helping expand the services we offer across the region.

We’re so excited to have her on board and we know our clients, families, and our amazing community will love working with her too! 🤩
