One of the most common things we see in Kinesiology is Adrenal Fatigue.
With the fast pace, consistent stimulus and stresses in our daily lives, we see our nervous system spending prolonged periods in the "fight or flight" mode - a state which is only meant to be temporary.
However the threat of being late, losing your job, being able to pay the bills,etc. triggers a similar response in the nervous system as to that of an encounter with a snake or a spider.
When in "fight or flight", your body is getting ready for action. The adrenals are constantly firing off stress hormones to increase your strength, increase your heart rate, to raise your blood pressure and increase glucose in the bloodstream.
And when your body is in this state, your food digestion is slowed or stopped, your immune system is suppressed, your mind is on and youβre not sleeping or resting.

β’ Feeling cold most of the time
