Hello hello 💫🌺💫

The year of the fire horse is upon us 🔥🐎
And with it comes change, action, new beginnings, all galloping along at a fiery pace that we’ll need to keep up with.

Staying in presence, remaining grounded, honouring stillness and nurturing ourselves as a main priority will help us all to sit comfortably in the saddle without falling off! 🔥🐎

As O’Shen has now closed her doors to the old and is currently recreating anew, the space in between for me means relocating my deep and scared practice of Lomi Lomi to different locations.

The Yellow Shed in Cobargo is being kindly shared with me by my lovely friends Michelle and Valerie.
I very much appreciate their generosity and it is a very beautiful and serene space to receive this ancient, sacred practice of lymphatic drainage and full body muscle release and relaxation. Going deep at times but focusing on re-membering the whole body and reminding the body of it’s connectedness to all other parts of itself. Reminding the body of its inherent ability to heal itself and reinvigorating the bio electrical field with 528 htz pure crystal bowl to begin and end the sacred body treatment 💫🙏🏼💫

I am also practicing at Thank You Mother in the beautiful room at the back of this gorgeous shop.

I periodically create posts here on this page to let people know about the deep healing work I have done and continue to do.

However if this platform requires facial recognition and for me to supply and enter into digital ID to allow further sharing of my thoughts and understandings on life, the lymphatic system, consciousness and the cosmic flow of photons and their influence upon our cells, I will no longer be posting.

I will receive my information from books, from human face to face interactions and other sources.

Did you know that we are closer to the galactic centre than we have been in 12 thousand years?

This means we are being bombarded with cosmic, galactic light. Photons. Light is information. Darkness is the lack of information.

✨These photons awaken us on the deepest of levels. The light awakens dormant consciousness and we become aware of who we truly are.✨

…Not just slaves working to pay ever increasing tax debts and bank debts and car debts.
We are not just here to stare at screens and eat food filled with toxic poisons to then, at the end of our lives become victims of the never ending pharmaceutical system all the while plugged into digital systems tracking our every move.

I will not become enmeshed in this Digital Illusion.

My pineal gland will remain active and I will receive the cosmic information incoming.

Greetings to the very beautiful south coast community. 💫🌊💫

I’ve returned from a sojourn into the desert for the winter.

It was both beautiful and hard. My gorgeous dog companion died suddenly and I was faced with enormous grief.
In that sad time I was reflecting on the shear weight of grief encompassing humanity at the moment.💔

Experiencing one’s own grief opens the heart to others grief and deepens understanding and compassion. 🙏🏼

During the experience of grief our bodies need to adjust to the new reality and this often effects the nervous system and chemical releases within the body.

Massage helps to keep the system flowing and reduces the long term effects and detrimental chemical build up of grief and stress.

I personally need somatic massage to keep my body balanced.

🌺With a unique combination of heart works Lomi Lomi and Balinese strokes, this massage attends, in detail, to the whole body.

The massage style allows for the brain to drop down to the alpha brain wave frequency using long firm flushing stokes and deep meridian work, flushing the lymphatic system from toe to head and lengthening the muscle groups with repetitive symmetrical strokes.

It’s a very effective and relaxing massage.

I’m massaging at the zen O’Shen on Mondays and Tuesdays in Bermagui.

🌺Heartworks Lomi Lomi is an ancient Hawaiian practice.

🌺it’s a practice that honours the sacred body which houses the sacred soul.

🌺working with the whole body from toe to head, clearing toxins and draining the lymphatic system helps the body rebalance itself.
the practice works both with the lymphatic system and deep into the muscles, stretching and lengthening, and promoting optimal circulation in the vascular system.

🌺this practice is like a service on the body, rather like we do regularly for our cars.

🌺it allows the light encoded filaments within our cells to recharge giving more energy to the system and supporting the immune system.

🌺in this era, where many are feeling unwell within and “just not right” it’s a treatment you will come to deeply appreciate

🌺May we all seek wellness, honour our bodies and the soul that is consciousness in action.

🌺 keeping our bodies serviced is one of the ways to deeply love ourselves.

🌺i’ve just returned from caring for my Aunty as she traverses the death process. she is not that old so the shock caused friends and family to have an injection if cortisol and norepinephrine.

🌺i myself sort out a Lomi Lomi lymphatic drainage practioner to help remove those chemicals as soon as possible. it was wonderful and so healing, calming and helpful.
i am rebalanced now a feeling deeply grounded back in a stress free body with all muscles and fascia ironed out
and lymphatic system drained.
i’m so grateful for this ancient sacred practice.

🌺i have returned to the southern coast and continuing to practise at the beautiful O’Shen bath house.

🌺i’ll be there tomorrow (Tuesday 5th November) and every Monday and Tuesday.

🌺if you are experiencing grief, tiredness, stress, anxiety… invest in yourself. it’s an act of great self love.

i have been offering my Lomi Lomi lymphatic drainage massage treatment in bermagui over the past 6
months at the beautiful O’Shen by the bermagui river on the gorgeous Sapphire Coast.

i’ll be heading off to the northern flinders ranges in early june to rest my body over winter, returning in mid august ready to begin again in spring 🌼

Hello Community ~
I’m contemplating running weekly rhythm classes at River Rock in Bermagui.
In short my teaching style is focusing on rhythm as a therapeutic practice through the process of learning rhythmic sequences, styles and arrangements which helps to create new neuronal pathways by changing brain wave frequency.

I have been teaching along these lines for 25 years with multiple demographics over the years including youth in schools, team building, mental health, women in prison and indigenous youth in remote communities.

This post is about putting the feelers out to see if there is an interest and if so a Sunday or weekday after work hours.

Mixed gender… so all welcome.

Also considering running kids workshops over the summer holidays if there is interest.
