I’m Sara, I have a big arse story with loads of life experience in many situations but guess what…that’s not who I am!

I light up as bright as the sun when I hear you talk about your passion!
I am your number 1 supporter with anything you set out to achieve!
I will be there to catch you when you fall, and be right there beside you to get back to your feet!
I love ferociously with every cell of my being!
I feel so deeply for living life of joy, peace and love!

Recently, I have realised just how important it is to invest in myself…Yes, I am human and still learning my life lessons.

Things can take time, however when you take small steps to invest in yourself you will notice the change.
12 months ago I was an absolute mess. Had no clue what I was doing but just had this knowing that I couldn’t continue to live the way I was. I prioritised myself, gained confidence and self worth, learned how to stand up for myself and why? Because I have to be the model for my children.

✨ What can self care look like?✨

Self care comes in many forms and is unique to the individual.
As a rehabilitated people pleaser, this year was dedicated to myself. With the passing of my two best buddies last year 🐶🐾🐶🐾 I no longer felt safe and wanted to be able to protect my family so I followed in the footsteps of my girls and began Martial Arts.
At the start of this year, I began Taekwondo and Kickboxing. I love it! And what has been the outcome so far?
✨ My confidence has flourished
✨ I feel safe and secure within myself
✨ I feel good knowing I am doing one thing just for me
✨ Sara has returned

My next goal is to attend my first BJJ class before the end of next year. A beautiful friend of mine encouraged me to ‘do it next week’ rather than build on the anxiety! Thanks for the encouragement and support to step out of my comfortable zone once more!
